Rules of the Ride
On public transit, maintaining a safe and comfortable experience is everyone's responsibility. Please do your part by following the guidelines below when using NICE.

🚌 On & Off
Have your fare counted out, and in hand when entering the vehicle, so everyone can board quickly and safely
Enter at the front of the vehicle, and exit by the rear doors
🚫 Not Permitted
Eating, drinking, or smoking, including e-cigarettes, is not permitted onboard
Amplified music or loud phone conversations are not permitted onboard. If you're listening to music with headphones, the music should be quiet enough that other passengers can't hear it.
⛑️ Stay Safe
Do not talk to or distract the operator when a vehicle is in motion
Young children should be removed from strollers and placed on a seat or carried on an adult's lap. Strollers need to be folded up and securely placed out of the way of other passengers.
✔️ All Seats Available
If the bus is crowded, please remove packages from the seat next to you so that others may sit down.
🪑 Priority Seats 📊 📜
The seats behind the operator are designated for disabled passengers, senior citizens, and pregnant women. Please respect your fellow community members who need these seats.
When disabled passengers are boarding the vehicle with the ramp, allow plenty of space to the passenger and operator who is assisting them.
