🧭 Where
City Routes go further into Queens to connect with the Subway. When using City Routes in Queens, your trip must cross the City/Nassau border. You cannot get on AND off in Queens on the same trip. (Why?)
County Routes stay mostly within Nassau County

Can I bring my Bike onboard?
Bikes inside the bus are strictly prohibited. Some n6 and n88X trips are planned to operate bike racks on the front.
When is Rush Hour?
Weekdays 6-9a & 3-6p
Do you have College discounts?
We occassionally partner with local institutions seeking to provide discounts to their students, but we don't have a permanent program. Check with your school to see if the have any active partnerships with NICE.
What does "NICE" stand for?
Nassau Inter-County Express
Why can't I get On and Off in Queens on the same trip?
As the official transit provider in New York City, MTA serves trips entirely within Queens. NICE routes primarily enter Queens to connect with the Subway.
